Very high-traffic Paris boutique with peak activity during the holiday season and a predominantly international clientele

Led international procurement and supplier negotiations, coordinated store opening and early performance adaptation, and reported on KPIs including turnover, margins, and sales per square meter to inform procurement and operational decisions.
